Meet Jen, Your Nutrition Guide

Jen Barnoud, MS, RD, LD, CEDS-C is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant with over ten years experience helping folks improve their eating and relationship to food and body. Whether you are struggling with digestive issues, disordered eating, mental health issues or health conditions like polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (formerly PCOS), Jen provides you with the support, tools, and evidence-based nutrition guidance you need to improve your eating, honor your health, and ultimately thrive.
